Order Cancellation Terms
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within one hour of placing it.
- If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will issue a full refund immediately.
- If your order has already been processed or is in transit, cancellation is not possible.
- Once you’ve received your order, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any delivery arrangements for returning it to us. If you refuse delivery of your order upon arrival, you will also be responsible for the return shipping cost, which will be deducted from your refund.
Returning Unwanted Items
- If you receive an order that does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.
- You will be responsible for the return postage and for arranging the collection or delivery of the item back to us.
- Please keep proof of postage for all returned items in case they are lost in transit. Refunds can only be processed once the item has been returned to us.
- A full refund will be issued once the returned item is received and confirmed to be in resalable condition.
Please note that if the item is returned without its original manufacturer’s packaging, is damaged, or is in a used condition, we will not be able to process your refund.
